Helping You Advocate for Important Care

Behind every healthcare decision, there is a person. Behind every letter asking for help, there is a person too. This tool exists to bring those two people closer together through honest, respectful, and clear communication.

What started as a way to navigate my own healthcare barriers became something more: a place where your story finds the right words, and those words find the right people.

Currently, this is offered as a complimentary tool. Donations are appreciated, although never expected. A portion of all donations supports the Odin's Heart Foundation and the Million Hearts Movement, because advocacy and gratitude have always been connected.

The Space Between Asking and Being Heard

Advocating for your own care takes time, energy, and clarity, often at the very moment when those things feel hardest to find. This tool was built to ease that weight.

The cost of healthcare, who receives it, and how resources are distributed are some of the most delicate and ever-changing conversations in our world. There are no simple answers. But there are honest ones. And every person involved, whether a patient, a provider, a legislator, or an advocate, brings gifts to solving the opportunities in front of us.

Honest conversations begin when both sides are willing to sit with the complexity of caring for the greater wellness of humanity. This tool helps you take action with that understanding at its center. Not from a place of fear, but from a place of clarity, mutual respect, and the belief that your care matters enough to be heard.

Express Your Gratitude

Advocacy is not only about asking for change. It is also about recognizing those who helped make it happen. When someone supports your healthcare journey, whether a legislator who sponsored a bill, a doctor who went above and beyond, an insurance reviewer who approved your treatment, or an advocate who guided you through the system, expressing gratitude strengthens those connections.

Thank you letters are just as important as advocacy letters. They acknowledge the people who used their position to help, and they remind everyone involved that healthcare is about human connection, not just policies and procedures.

This tool helps you write thank you letters with the same care and intention as advocacy letters. Your gratitude deserves to be heard just as much as your concerns.

How This Tool Walks Alongside You

Finding the Right People
Every situation is different, and so is every path to resolution. This tool considers your specific concern and connects you with the people best positioned to help, based on their role, their location, and their ability to make a meaningful difference in your situation.
Letters Written with Heart
Each letter is shaped around the person receiving it, written to speak to their specific role and responsibility. The tone is always respectful, clear, and grounded in your experience. And you always have the final word before anything is sent. These are your words. This tool simply helps you say them well.
A Growing Circle of Connection
Access contacts across legislators, insurance leaders, medical professionals, patient advocacy organizations, and regulatory agencies. This is not a database. It is a growing circle of people whose roles give them the ability to help, and who deserve to hear from you directly.

Four Steps from Your Story to Their Desk

1

Share What Matters to You

Start by telling us about the healthcare issue you are facing. It could be insurance coverage, access to medication, ADA compliance, or something else entirely. Your experience is the foundation, and your story is where this begins.

2

Find the Right People to Reach

Based on what you share, the tool identifies the people most likely to understand and respond. State legislators, insurance decision-makers, medical professionals, advocacy organizations. The people whose attention your story deserves.

3

Shape Letters That Speak to Each Person

Every letter is written with intention, addressing the specific role and responsibility of each person receiving it. The message stays yours. The tool helps you say it in a way that is clear, kind, and hard to set aside.

4

Review, Make It Yours, and Send

Read through every letter. Change the words until they feel like you. Then export as a PDF or copy into an email. Nothing leaves this tool without your full approval. Your voice, your way.

Why I Built This

My name is Rachel, and I built this tool because I needed it.

When my insurance company placed barriers between me and the care I needed, I learned something about advocacy that I had not expected. The hardest part was not understanding the system. The hardest part was finding the right words, the right people, and the belief that my voice would be heard.

I come from a family where connection was everything. My grandfather spent 30 years carving wooden hearts and placing them in the hands of strangers as a reminder that grace is always present. That tradition shaped the way I see the world, and it shaped the way I built this tool.

Advocacy does not have to feel like a fight. It can feel like an honest conversation between two people who both want to do the right thing. That is what this tool is for.

A portion of all donations supports the Odin's Heart Foundation and the Million Heart Movement, because the work of connection does not stop at the letter. It continues in how we show up for each other, one heart at a time.

Your Voice Is Important.

Whether you are writing your first letter or your fiftieth, this tool is here to walk alongside you. Not to speak for you, but to help your words land where they need to, with the honesty and care that every conversation deserves.

While I'm able to do so, I am offering use of this tool free of charge. If you feel called to donate, please do so to Odin's Heart Foundation. Donations support the Odin's Heart Foundation and the Million Heart Movement.
